Sweet And Sour Dry Dates Chutney

Dry dates is super energetic, it is good for heart, skin, hair, bone, digestion and constipation. I made sweet and sour chutney with dates and jambu red chilli.

Instructions
Soak the dry dates (Choara) over night then remove the seed and chop the dates.
Remove the seeds of red chilli then chop.
Boil chopped dry dates with 1/2 glass water to make soft. Now add chopped red chilli and salt then for a few minutes.
Add tomato, ginger powder, five spices masala, cover with lid and cook until soft.
Then finally add lemon juice and again roasted panchphoron. Now ready to serve can be stored for a week in fridge.
