Take a pan ,add milk and sugar . Stir it continusely,until milk starts boiling . Turn the heat to low .
Now take cornstarch and water in separate bowl .Add cornstarch to the milk .Stir continuesely ,until the mix starts thicken . Turn off the gas . Now add heavy cream and rose water and whisk well . Malani is ready .
Transfer this malabi into the big bowl and keep it into the refrigerator.
Now for pomegranate syrup -take a pan ,add pomegranate juice and sugar . Cook for 3-5 minutes . Turn off the gas and let it cool .
Take out malabi from refrigerator,pour pomegranate syrup on it . Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and pistachios. Serve chilled .
