Now take the round patty, coat well in Bread Crumbs, then dip into the paste and again coat well in Bread Crumbs.
Similar way, make all the Burger Patties and keep in Refrigerator for 30 mins.
After 30 mins, keep the Oil to deep fry and add the Burger Patty in the hot Oil.
Fry the Patties on medium flame until golden and crisp from both the sides.
Once golden and crisp from both the sides, remove it on kitchen towel to remove excess Oil and keep aside.
Now take the Burger Buns and roast for 1 min on hot tawa.
Then spread the eggless Mayonnaise on one side of Bun, place a Lettuce leaf over it followed by fried Burger patty, again coat with Mayonnaise then lastly add one slice of Cheese (optional) and cover with other part of Burger Bun.
