Green Vatana/Peas
1/4 small bowl soaked overnight
Kabuli Chana/Chick Peas
1/4 small bowl soaked overnight
Oil
1 tblspn
Garlic-Ginger paste/Wet Masala
Onion
1 no chopped
Tomato
1 no chopped
Turmeric Powder
haldi
Red Chilli powder
1-2 tspn
Salt
Curry leaves/Kadipatta
Mustard seeds

cumin seed
jeera
Water
Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in a broad wok/kadhai. Add the mustard & cumin seeds & curry leaves.
After they crackle add the chopped onion,saute for 1 min & add the wet masala / garlic-ginger paste and saute for 1-2 mins.
Clean and add the soaked kabuli chana & green vatana,saute for 2-3 mins.
Add water and cook for 15-20 mins.
Wash clean the cauliflower florets and add to the curry, add turmeric & chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
Cover the lid and cook for 10 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with rotis.
