Raw mangoes
2 no medium size
Oil

6-7 cloves chopped

3-4 no chopped
Wheat flour
1-2 tspn
Turmeric Powder

Instructions
Boil two raw mangoes in 2 cups of water for about 10-15 mins.
Once the mangoes are cooked,cool them.
Squeeze and peel out the pulp completely.
If there are small-small lumps of pulp,blend the pulp together so that it is a consistent mixture.
Take about 1-2 or 1&1/2 teaspoon of wheat flour and add to the mango pulp mixture.
Whisk
or churn them together to mix well. Ensure that no lumps of wheat flour are left.
Heat 1/2 tblspn oil in broad vessel. Add mustard & cumin seeds.
Add the chopped garlic and green chillies and curry leaves.
Add the mango-wheat pulp mixture and mix well.
Add turmeric powder,salt and sugar.Add 1 cupof water (as reqd) mix well and give it a boil.
If the mangoes are too sour add jaggery along-with sugar.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
