Kairichi Kadhi/Raw Mango Kadhi

Ingredients
- Mango 2 no medium size raw
- 1 / Oil tblspn
- Mustard Seeds rai
- Cumin Seed jeera
- 6 - Garlic cloves chopped
- 3 - Green Chillies no chopped
- 1 - whole wheat flour tspn
- Turmeric Powder haldi
- leaves Curry
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 8 - Sugar tblspn
- Jagerry optional gud
- to leaves Coriander garnish
- Water

Instructions
- ย Boil two raw mangoes in 2 cups of water for about 10-15 mins.
- Once the mangoes are cooked,cool them.
- Squeeze and peel out the pulp completely.
- ย If there are small-small lumps of pulp,blend the pulp together so thatย it is a consistent mixture.
- Take about 1-2 or 1&1/2 teaspoon of wheat flour and add to the mangoย pulp mixture.
- Whisk or churn them together to mix well. Ensure that no lumps of wheatย flour are left.
- Heat 1/2 tblspn oil in ย broad vessel. Add mustard & cumin seeds.
- Add the chopped garlic and green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the mango-wheat pulp mixture and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder,salt and sugar.Add 1 cupof water (as reqd)ย mix well and give it a boil.
- If the mangoes are too sour add jaggery along-with sugar.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
