  • ย Boil two raw mangoes in 2 cups of water for about 10-15 mins.
  • Once the mangoes are cooked,cool them.
  • Squeeze and peel out the pulp completely.
  • ย If there are small-small lumps of pulp,blend the pulp together so thatย it is a consistent mixture.
  • Take about 1-2 or 1&1/2 teaspoon of wheat flour and add to the mangoย pulp mixture.
  • Whisk or churn them together to mix well. Ensure that no lumps of wheatย flour are left.
  • Heat 1/2 tblspn oil in ย broad vessel. Add mustard & cumin seeds.
  • Add the chopped garlic and green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the mango-wheat pulp mixture and mix well.
  • Add turmeric powder,salt and sugar.Add 1 cupof water (as reqd)ย mix well and give it a boil.
  • If the mangoes are too sour add jaggery along-with sugar.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
