Kairichi Kadhi/Raw Mango Kadhi

Ingredients
- Raw mangoes 2 no medium size
- Oil 1/2 tblspn
- Mustard seeds rai
- Cumin seeds jeera
- Garlic 6-7 cloves chopped
- Green chillies 3-4 no chopped
- Wheat flour 1-2 tspn
- Turmeric Powder haldi
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Sugar 8-9 tblspn
- Jaggery/Gud optional
- Coriander leaves to garnish
- Water
Instructions
- Boil two raw mangoes in 2 cups of water for about 10-15 mins.
- Once the mangoes are cooked,cool them.
- Squeeze and peel out the pulp completely.
- If there are small-small lumps of pulp,blend the pulp together so that it is a consistent mixture.
- Take about 1-2 or 1&1/2 teaspoon of wheat flour and add to the mango pulp mixture.
- Whisk or churn them together to mix well. Ensure that no lumps of wheat flour are left.
- Heat 1/2 tblspn oil in broad vessel. Add mustard & cumin seeds.
- Add the chopped garlic and green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the mango-wheat pulp mixture and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder,salt and sugar.Add 1 cupof water (as reqd) mix well and give it a boil.
- If the mangoes are too sour add jaggery along-with sugar.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
