Ghee 2 tea spoonsFinely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves
Wheat flour and water for making roti dough
Instructions
Take 2 cups of whole wheat flour add required salt and a tea spoon of oil and mix well. Add water and knead it to a soft dough. Now the dough is ready for making Parathas. Keep it aside.
Remove the stem of the raw banana and steam cook it for 15 to 20 minutes or micro wave it till the skin becomes dark brown.
Make sure the banana is well boiled._x000D_
After it gets cool down peel the skin of it.
In a broad bowl mash the boiled raw banana well and add all other ingredients mentioned above except the whole wheat flour and water
Mix well with your hand._x000D_
Make them into small lemon size balls.
Take a big lemon size balls from the wheat dough and roll them into 4 inch diameter thick rotis._x000D_
Place the banana stuff on the centre. Bring the edges together and make them into balls._x000D_
Again roll them into rotis.Cook on both sides in a tawa with oil or butter or ghee.
