radish 1kg
red chilli powder 1tbsp or to taste
turmeric powder 2tbsp
brown mustard seeds 1tbsp
coriander पाउडर १/2tbsp
salt 1 /2 tbsp
fennel seeds 1tbsp
mustard oil 3 tbsp
onion seeds 2tsp
Instructions
wash and peel the radish and cut into thick and round peaces .
boil with 3glass of water and drain it.

roast
the fennel seeds and brown mustard seed separately .and coarsely grind them
now mix all ingredients together and keep in sun light for 2-3 days ,
