Makhana/ Fox nut 1 cup
Curd 1/2 kg
Plane salt 1 tsp or according to your taste
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Mint powder
optional 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
Pinch
of heeng
Finely chopped green chili 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp + for garnishing
Desi ghee 1 tbsp
Instructions
Heat the ghee in a pan the
roast
the makhans till light golden ,dish out them. crush some makhana keep aside.
Now whip the curd add 1/1/2 cup water mix well.
Add all spices in curd ,put the makhana mix again .
Before serving garnish with coriander leaves roasted cumin powder and red chili powder .
