Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Deshi ghee 2 tbsp

Instructions
Wash the mutton and dry with a muslin cloth.
Now marinade with lemon juice,1 tbsp ginger,garlic paste,black paper powder,green chili paste, and 1 tsp salt.keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Heat the ghee and golden fry the sliced onion.
Heat the oil in heavy bottom pan add cumin and whole spices, when they splutter add ginger,garlic paste,onion paste.saute till brown .
Add dry spices saute 5 minute,now add marinated mutton mix well,add whisked curd,fried onion,
roast
it till oil separates.
Add water as require cook till done.
Garnish with coriander serve with chapati or rice...
