Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Mutton
- 1/1/2 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 no Onion (sliced )
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/1/2 cup Thick Curd
- Ginger (garlic paste 2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp Green Chili Paste
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder (or taste)
- 1/1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 Black Cardamom
- 1 stick Stick Cinemon (cinemon)
- 2 Cardamom
- 4 clove Clove
- 6 to 8 Black Paper (black paper)
- 1/2 piece Mace
- 1/2 tsp Black Paper Powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
- leaves Garnishing (or coriander coriander for)

Instructions
- Wash the mutton and dry with a muslin cloth.
- Now marinade with lemon juice,1 tbsp ginger,garlic paste,black paper powder,green chili paste, and 1 tsp salt.keep aside for 1/2 hour.
- Heat the ghee and golden fry the sliced onion.
- Heat the oil in heavy bottom pan add cumin and whole spices, when they splutter add ginger,garlic paste,onion paste.saute till brown .
- Add dry spices saute 5 minute,now add marinated mutton mix well,add whisked curd,fried onion,roast it till oil separates.
- Add water as require cook till done.
- Garnish with coriander serve with chapati or rice...
