Cashew nut paste 1 tbsp you can use broken cashew nut too
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Desi Ghee 1 tsp
Butter 50 gm
GingerGarlic paste 1 tsp
Instructions
Wash and roughly cut the tomatoes .
In a heavy bottom pan put tomatoes, green chili, salt, cinnamon, onion,cardamom, cloves and 2 cup water ,cook it for 15 minutes .
Blend the red capsicum and make a smooth puree in blender.
Blend the cooked tomato mixer and sieve it.
Heat the ghee saute the ginger, garlic paste.
Add tomato puree, garam masala powder, red chili powder and capsicum puree .
Cook for 5 minutes. stir continue.
Now add cashew nut paste, kasoori methi powder cook for 5 minute then add paneer cubes again cook for 10 minute add 1 tbsp cream mix well, switch off the gas.
