Butter Paneer
Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Cottage Cheese
- 1 Kg Tomato red
- 1 large Onion
- 4 Green Chillies
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 4 Cardamom
- 2 clove Clove
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder or taste
- tsp Kasuri methi powder2
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Red Bell Pepper medium
- 1 tbsp cashew paste or cashew you use broken cashew nut too
- 2 tbsp Cream fresh
- 1 tsp Desi Ghee
- 50 gm Butter
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Instructions
- Wash and roughly cut the tomatoes .
- In a heavy bottom pan put tomatoes, green chili, salt, cinnamon, onion,cardamom, cloves and 2 cup water ,cook it for 15 minutes .
- Blend the red capsicum and make a smooth puree in blender.
- Blend the cooked tomato mixer and sieve it.
- Heat the ghee saute the ginger, garlic paste.
- Add tomato puree, garam masala powder, red chili powder and capsicum puree .
- Cook for 5 minutes. stir continue.
- Now add cashew nut paste, kasoori methi powder cook for 5 minute then add paneer cubes again cook for 10 minute add 1 tbsp cream mix well, switch off the gas.
- Garnish with coriander, cream and ginger Julian .
