Urad dal 1/12 cup
Curd 1/2 kg
Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
astofida powder 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chili 2 nos
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Sugar 1 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Mint leaves for garnishing
Salt
Fennel powder 1 tbsp
Black salt 1tsp
Instructions
Soak dal for 4 to 6 hour,remove the skin and make a smooth paste in blender .
Now whip the dal till it become light .
Add salt,astofida,fennel powder .
Heat the oil fry the vadas golden brown.
Whip the curd add salt,red chili powder,astofida,black salt,green chili,ginger,sugar,cumin powder.
Soak the vadas in curd .
Garnish with mint and coriander leaves ,,,,
