Boil the banana flower in water for 5 minutes, drain the excess water .
In a large bowl mix boiled and mashed banana flower, mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder and roasted gram flour. mix well divide the mixture into equal portion and make small balls.
Heat the oil and fry them golden, keep aside.
Heat remaining oil in another pan, add cumin, fry the ginger, garlic and onion paste, Now add dry spices stir and cook till the oil separates.
Add tomatoes and cook them till soften.
Now add 1/1/2 glass water, After a boil add koftas, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Switch off the gas, garnish with coriander, serve with chapati or steamed rice.
