First of all takes wheat flour, suji and corn flour mix all together and add yeast make a thick paste with the help of water. Add pinch of salt. Put it for 1 hrs for fermentation.
After 1 hrs take fig/plums dip in this paste and fried it properly .for this t sugar of fig caramelize.
Now take a pan add 1 glass water, rose petals and boiled it after that add rose berry and sugar make thick sauce. Now serve fried fig with Rose berry sauce garnish with rose petals.
