Rohu fish 1 kg
Onion paste 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Kasoori methi powder/fenugreek powder 1 tsp
Coriander chopped for garnishing .
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
Clean the fish and wash it.
Heat the oil in kadai or a pan pop the fenugreek seeds.
Now fry garlic and onion paste till golden ,
Add turmeric,coriander,red chili powder saute the spices add tomato puree cook it for 5 minute or until the oil separates .
Add kasoori methi powder then add fish stir carefully ,add 4 cup water,cook for 10 minutes .
Switch off the flame add garam masala ,garnish with coriander leaves .
Serve with boiled rice or chapatis
