Fish Curry
Ingredients
- 1 kg Rohu Fish
- 2 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Kasoori Methi Powder or fenugreek fenugreek powder
- Garnishing or coriander coriander chopped for
- 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Clean the fish and wash it.
- Heat the oil in kadai or a pan pop the fenugreek seeds.
- Now fry garlic and onion paste till golden ,
- Add turmeric,coriander,red chili powder saute the spices add tomato puree cook it for 5 minute or until the oil separates .
- Add kasoori methi powder then add fish stir carefully ,add 4 cup water,cook for 10 minutes .
- Switch off the flame add garam masala ,garnish with coriander leaves .
- Serve with boiled rice or chapatis
