Carrot - 125 gm
Green Peas- 100 gm
French beans-50 gm
Mayonnaise-250 gm
Pine apple -50 gm
Cherry-30 gm
Egg
Hard boil-2 No
Mixed Fruit cocktail-50 gm
Salt
white pepper - pinch off
Instructions
Cut carrot in fine dices of 1/2 cm.
Cut beans in diamonds shape. Par boil carrot ,beans peas separately in salted water.
Drain well on a clean muslin cloth
Cut all the fruits in dices and deseed cherry and cut in to half
Mix all the vegetables and fruits in a bowl except cherry
Coat well with Mayonnaise
Adjust seasoning
