Russian Salad - A healthy breakfast as it is full of colourful vegetables with yummy Mayonnaise.

  • Carrot - 125 gm
  • Green Peas- 100 gm
  • French beans-50 gm
  • Mayonnaise-250 gm
  • Pine apple -50 gm
  • Cherry-30 gm
  • Egg Hard boil-2 No
  • Mixed Fruit cocktail-50 gm
  • Salt
  • white pepper - pinch off


  • Cut carrot in fine dices of 1/2 cm.
  • Cut beans in diamonds shape. Par boil carrot ,beans peas separately in salted water.
  • Drain well on a clean muslin cloth
  • Cut all the fruits in dices and deseed cherry and cut in to half
  • Mix all the vegetables and fruits in a bowl except cherry
  • Coat well with Mayonnaise
  • Adjust seasoning
