In a bowl, add together applesauce, honey, and brown sugar. Beat egg , then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, raisins stir into the mixture.
Mix in oats. Cover, and chill dough for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into small sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a large fork.
Bake for10-15 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
I made the healthy version that’s why i replaced butter with applesauce, you can add butter instead of applesauce.
Cinnamon powder is optional , you can add other spice of your choice.
