chana masala powder

garam masala

amchoor

teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste
Instructions
Grind the 2 tomatoes and onions into into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste.
Saute for a minute.
Then add the sliced onions and saute for about 2 minutes.
Next is adding the puree and chana masala to it.
Cook for a while.
Add garam masala, amchoor and mix.
Then add chickpeas and salt.
Add water of required but best is to keep it dry.
