Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 3 medium sized onions thinly sliced
  • 2 onions
  • 2 to matoes
  • 2 green chilli finely minced
  • 3 teaspoon chana masala powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon amchoor
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste

Instructions
 

  • Grind the 2 tomatoes and onions into into a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste.
  • Saute for a minute.
  • Then add the sliced onions and saute for about 2 minutes.
  • Next is adding the puree and chana masala to it.
  • Cook for a while.
  • Add garam masala, amchoor and mix.
  • Then add chickpeas and salt.
  • Add water of required but best is to keep it dry.
