Instructions
- Grind the 2 tomatoes and onions into into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste.
- Saute for a minute.
- Then add the sliced onions and saute for about 2 minutes.
- Next is adding the puree and chana masala to it.
- Cook for a while.
- Add garam masala, amchoor and mix.
- Then add chickpeas and salt.
- Add water of required but best is to keep it dry.
