For the t base: 10-digestive biscuitsground finely
2tablespoongrated paneer
2tablespoonmelted butter1tbsp icing sugar
For the paneer mixture –6tsp icing sugar1/4cup whipping cream,
1/2cupgrated paneer,
Few drops of vanilla essence
for topping -grated chocolate
To garnish-paneer flowergrated chocolate,chocolate leaves, fruit sauce
Instructions
Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with the melted butter, grated paneer and 1 tablespoon of the icing sugar.
Spread a layer of this mixture in base of any bowl.
Whip cream with icing sugar until soft peak stage. Add vanilla essence. Blend well .Fold this mixture into grated paneer and mix thoroughly.
Spread paneer thick layer over base
Cover with grated chocolate and Freeze until firm and set.
Garnish- with paneer flower,grated chocolate, chocolate leaves, fruit sauce.
