Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste, egg, chilli powder, processed cheese and fresh cream. Keep it aside for at least 1 hour.
Marinate the chicken with saffron, gandhoraj (Lime zest and a few drops). Keep aside for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Brush oil on the chicken pieces and bake it for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped coriander, chat mashala and gandhoraj on top.
Serve it hot.
