skimmed milk

freshly roasted and powdered kasuri methi

kashmiri red chilli powder

sugar to taste

tandoori masala
Instructions
heat the ghee. cook onions, tomato, garlic, cashews and whole spices with some water till mushy.
puree the cooked mixture with curd and return to flame. Cook with all the dry spices except kasuri methi till it leaves the fat
add the paneer and milk. bring to a boil till it thickens. add the kasuri methi.
Serve hot with crisp rotis
