medium size raw mango

oil 1 red chili whole

pancha-phoran

curry leaves

red chili powder

Turmeric Powder

Instructions
Peel the raw mango n cut into big cubes.
Now heat oil, add pancha-phoran n whole red chili.
When mustard seeds in pancha-phoran start crackle, add curry leaves n raw mango cubes.
Add red chili powder n turmeric powder,mix well.Add little water n cover the lid for 5 min.
Remove the lid,mash the parboiled mango cubes , now add sugar.
Finally add salt n mix well.
Its ready to serve.
You can store it upto 2-3 days in freeze.

Sugar quantity may vary depending upon the sourness of mango.
