Baked papar
Maida 2 cup
Curd 1 cup
Oil as required
Salt
Instructions
Make a smooth Doug with Maida backing powder pinch of salt and sugar.
Add oil and curd become fluffy keep 5-6 hours
Baked papar should be crushed. Papar should be masala mix.
Now spread the Doug gently as much as you and fill with masala papar. Again spread gently. Dipped fried.
Serve with Chola or whatever you like.
