Papar Poori
Ingredients
- Baked Papar baked papar
- 2 cup Refined flour
- 1 cup Curd
- Oil as required
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Make a smooth Doug with Maida backing powder pinch of salt and sugar.
- Add oil and curd become fluffy keep 5-6 hours
- Baked papar should be crushed. Papar should be masala mix.
- Now spread the Doug gently as much as you and fill with masala papar. Again spread gently. Dipped fried.
- Serve with Chola or whatever you like.
