Papar should be masala mix

  • Baked papar
  • Maida 2 cup
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Salt


  • Make a smooth Doug with Maida backing powder pinch of salt and sugar.
  • Add oil and curd become fluffy keep 5-6 hours
  • Baked papar should be crushed. Papar should be masala mix.
  • Now spread the Doug gently as much as you and fill with masala papar. Again spread gently. Dipped fried.
  • Serve with Chola or whatever you like.
