Lemon juice
Instructions
Wash amla, cut in small pieces by removing seeds.
Add in blender amla, chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt and grind well.
Take a bowl, add lemon juice and mix well with a spoon.
Enjoy with parantha or pakoras.
Notes
Mix all ingredients and put in blender to make fine paste
You can make this chutney with traditional sill batta method too
It is very good source of vitamin c
Enjoy with parantha , poori’s or pakora.
