Fish 500 gms should be bone less
Red chilli powder 50 gms
Fenugreek seeds 50gms
Mustered seeds 100 gms
coriander powder 100 ,gsm
Vinegar one cup
Iodine salt to taste
Oil as required
acidic acid two tsp
Instructions
Fish should be bone less try to pieces same size. Marinate with vinegar and salt for one hour.
Make a smooth paste with vinegar oil mustered seeds fenugreek seeds mustered seeds and salt
Sauteed fish in refined oil. Let it cool. Then add paste red chilli powder sugar one tsp acidic mix well gently with fish.
Keep in a clear glass vessel add oil as required. Tight the lid for a week.
Should be in freeze and kept six months or more.
