Roasted dal. 1 cup
Red chilli. 5-6 piece
Sesame seeds and asafoetida as required
Jaggery one small lump
Coconut half cup
Chat masala two tsp
Cocoa powder two tsp
Roasted coriander powder two tsp
Salt and oil as required
Instructions
Add two tsp oil in a heated pan add red chilli and Dal to roasted golden brown. Add sesame seeds asafoetida
Off the flame and blend fine powder. Add coconut chat masala cocoa powder roasted coriander powder.
Add in a blender it should be perfect blend. Now spicy gun powder is ready
Keep in a air tight container. When you use add ghee or oil and make a paste
Serve with Dosa and idly
