SKIN POTATOES two pieces
Soya Chung soaked one cup
Finely chopped carrot and cabbage one cup
Black pepper and salt as required
Mix herbs and chilli flakes as required
Butter and mozzarella cheese as required
Instructions
Skin potatoes brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree for 25 minutes
After baking cut potatoes vertically and scoop half of the flesh. Then marinated with lime juice and salt for a few seconds
Other side add oil soya Chung cabbage carrot salt and black pepper stir fry. Then add mixed herbs chilli flakes cook for five minutes
Now brush with butter both sides of potatoes and stuffed with mixed veggies covered with mozzarella cheese
Bake for another five minutes take out and sprinkle with oregano. Now ready to serve hot skin potatoes
