Garlic 5 Kernels cut into thin pieces
semolina
suji/Rava 1 spoon
Milk 300 ml
Dry Fruits for garnishing
Ghee ½ Spoon
Coconut Sugar according to taste
Instructions
Take 5 garlic kernels, boil it for around 4-5 times until it vanishes the smell of garlic
Take one spoon of suji (rava).
Roast
it on slow flame to light brown color
Add milk to a thick bottom pan
When milk reduced to 80% add roasted suji and Ghee
Add Lyva Naturally organic coconut sugar
Stir the mixture continuously to avoid formation of lumps
Add boiled garlic pieces
When the kheer starts boiling switch off the gas and Garnish it with Dry Fruits
