gms as usual boiled chow

rice powder

mashed potato
2
teaspoon
garlic paste
1
teaspoon
half dust roasted red chilli
1
teaspoon
chilli sauce
1
teaspoon
soya sauce
1
teaspoon
veniger
2
teaspoon
tomato sauce
Salt
Instructions
As usual boil chow and apply oil keep separate.
Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, garlic paste, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, half dust roasted chilli and salt.
Mix properly take handful potato mixed and pad with rice powder.
Shaped like pattis cover with rice powder both sides. Keep in freeze for 10 minutes.
Take out from freeze wrap with boiled chow.
Heat oil in a pan and dip fry the chow pakoda.
Serve crispy pakoda with tomato sauce
