Runners and Warriors use this superfood as a fuel while running for long distance or while going for a battle. Chia seeds is easily digestible and a versatile ingredient. This seed can be used as raw, soaked or powder form in any dishes like salad, stir fry, soup, juices etc. This can also be added for giving crunchiness to the dish. As this ingredient contains omega3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber and calcium, this helps in treating diabetics, skin and aging related problems, heart related problems, weight loss, build muscle and for stronger bones.
