This is one great recipe in which you can use it!India has been famous for Turmeric Milk which is given to patients suffering from Flu, colds, cough and diarrhoea. There are taboos and traditions linked with this great ingredient and every Indian swears by its benefits! However in the West Turmeric has been given a great importance these days as information and facts are spread quickly through media and everyone is eager to try out something new!Big coffee shops are selling a beverage called Turmeric Latte which is very similar to India's own "Dadi Maa ka Haldi Wala Doodh" or Grandma's Turmeric Milk!I tried the recipe and was completely floored by its simplicity and uniqueness! All you need to do is add powdered or whole spices to Turmeric Milk and filter it.
