Lightly dry roast the sesame seeds and keep aside. Heat the water and sugar together.
Add in the ghee and cardamom powder. As it boils, add the sesame seeds and mix. As mixture starts to leave the sides, switch off the gas.
Drop the spoonful of mixtures onto a greased plate/parchment paper and let them cool but not completely just before it cool down completely speed up your hand and roll like ladoo and let them cool completely.
Once cooled, remove from the plate and store in airtight container.
