cold coffee
½ teaspoon sweetener of choice

frozen banana broken into pieces

Teaspoon
cacao powder

tablespoon
chia seeds
1/2
cup
milk
2-3
dates pitted
Instructions
Soak the chia seeds in a ½ cup of water for 15-20 minutes.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend it all up until smooth and creamy.
Add the soaked chia seeds into the glass.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
Notes
Top with a cocoa whip or whipped cream and chocolate chips.
