fresh curry leaves
¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt
¼ teaspoon haldi

oil
Instructions
Heat the oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Let them splutter. Add in the red chilli powder, haldi and salt.
Toss in the potatoes. Stir fry for a bit. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with phulkas.
Notes
Add in green chillies and green corainder leaves to garnish.
