To be honest, this recipe was a jugaad to use up all leftovers from the previous meal....!! The balls turned up as evening time snacks. I believe in minimizing wastage of resources and regularly use up leftovers in some or the other way.

cooked rice

boiled and mashed potato
½ cup boiled vegetables like french beans
peas , cauliflower etc ( Use as per your taste preference )
Salt

red chilli powder

Shezwan chutney

Ginger garlic paste

teaspoon
roasted flax seeds

heaped tablespoon white sesame seeds
Oil to deep fry
Instructions
Mash the cooked rice with pav bhaji masher. Mix up all ingredients and make small balls. Deep fry to Golden brown. Serve with red chilli sauce.
