Pomfret fish 2
Garlic 8-10 clove
Dried Rosemary 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh basil 6-7
Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Marinate the fish with crushed garlic, lime juice, Apple cider vinegar, freshly ground black pepper, salt, dried rosemary, fresh basil and Olive oil for 1 hour in the fridge.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
