Heat aheavy bottom pan. Add mustard oil and heat till fumes start coming out of it.Add cumin seed & let it splutter
Add bellpeppers , black pepper salt & lemon juice. Salute well. Cook for 5 min on medium flame. Sprinkle roasted seasme seeds & it's done.

Cook on slow flame as we are using less oil
You can use olive oil or vegetable oil . I used mustard oil because I prefer my cooking in it.you can avoid cumin seeds if you don’t like it’s flavour. But it is very good for weight loss. You may use cumin powder.
