Instructions
Wash and cut the green chili into 1" pieces. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds.
As they start to splutter add green chili stir and mix.
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt, mix well, cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
Open the lid add dry mango powder give it to a nice stir, turn off the gas. serve with paratha, poori or simple dal chawal.
