Ingredients
  

  • 8 to 10 Green chili
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric haldi powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder dhaniya powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds Saunf
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds sarson
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds Jeera
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds Methi dana
  • 2 tablespoon Oil Mustard oil Sarson ka tel
  • 1 tablespoon Dry mango powder Amchoor powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the green chili into 1" pieces. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds.
  • As they start to splutter add green chili stir and mix.
  • Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt, mix well, cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Open the lid add dry mango powder give it to a nice stir, turn off the gas. serve with paratha, poori or simple dal chawal.
