Rice flou - 1cup

flour 1/4 cup
Semolina 1/4 cup
Water 2 cup
Salt
Pizza seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 4 tablespoons
FOR STUFFING : Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
Cheese
cut into cubes - 4 tablespoons
Pizza seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Coriander and green chilli
chopped - 1 tablespoon each
Salt
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add rice flour, suji, besan, oil and salt.
Mix it well. Switch off the flame and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the stuffing together.
After 15 minutes, take out the flour mixture and knead it into a soft dough
Take some portion of the dough and spread it on the hand.
Put 2 teaspoons of stuffing and cover it. Shape it like croquettes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the croquettes until they turn golden in colour
Serve stuffed cheese croquettes with green chutney or tomato ketchup
