Those who are anemic must try this recipe. Raw banana has lots of good properties. Children should always consume raw banana which contains iron. Here I added mixed leaves paste of spinach, mustard, coriander, mint, bathua and red leaves.
Take a pan add oil and heat. After then add onion paste, ginger garlic paste. Stir continuously then add chilli paste, mixed leaves paste, coriander powder and cumin powder.
Mix well together add boiled banana, salt and curd. Then add 1/2 glass of water and close the lid for five minutes.
Now add fresh cream. Serve with steam rice, chapati or paratha.
