Those who are anemic must try this recipe. Raw banana has lots of good properties. Children should always consume raw banana which contains iron. Here I added mixed leaves paste of spinach, mustard, coriander, mint, bathua and red leaves.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Banana raw
- 2 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Cream fresh
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Boil the banana and slices. Keep separate.
- Make a smooth paste with mixed leaves.
- Take a pan add oil and heat. After then add onion paste, ginger garlic paste. Stir continuously then add chilli paste, mixed leaves paste, coriander powder and cumin powder.
- Mix well together add boiled banana, salt and curd. Then add 1/2 glass of water and close the lid for five minutes.
- Now add fresh cream. Serve with steam rice, chapati or paratha.
