  • 250 gm Banana raw
  • 2 tbsp Onion Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cream fresh
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

  • Boil the banana and slices. Keep separate.
  • Make a smooth paste with mixed leaves.
  • Take a pan add oil and heat. After then add onion paste, ginger garlic paste. Stir continuously then add chilli paste, mixed leaves paste, coriander powder and cumin powder.
  • Mix well together add boiled banana, salt and curd. Then add 1/2 glass of water and close the lid for five minutes.
  • Now add fresh cream. Serve with steam rice, chapati or paratha.
