Spinach is a good source of iron follicacid eventhen green leaves have many nutrition. Sometimes kids don't know the benefit green leaves. So parents have to struggle with them. I always search for easy, nutritious, traditional, authentic recipe. In this recipe I used potato, roasted Bengal gram, little semolina for binding. Used couscous for crunchyness. At last sprinkle with self made spice. So it has become a tasty snacks. We can also keep for sometimes when feel hungry or to serve anybody just warm and sprinkle the tasty spice.
Wash the spinach leaves boil and blanch. Then make a smooth paste.
Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, chilli paste, roasted cumin powder, salt, spinach paste, dried mango powder, Combine together then slowly add gram powder. Again mix add semolina as a binding a.agent.
Coat with couscous and turn other side coat .
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Try to make each tikki 1 tbsp.
Shallow fry the tikkis.
After a few minutes turn other side. Fry another few minutes and see how the texture has
Take out for serving.
Self made spice is mixture of mango powder, chat masala, black salt and red chilli powder.
