For the bread : Flour - 3.5 cups
Dry active yeast - 2 tsp
Warm water - 1 cup
Olive oil - 1/4 th cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Chicken curry : Boneless chicken - 100 gm
Chopped onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Boiled corn kernels - 1/2 cup
Chilly flakes
Oregano
Basil
Salt

Instructions
Activate the yeast by dissolving it in warm water and sugar. Wait till it froths.
Now mix it with the flour, olive oil and salt to form a soft dough.
Now keep it in a greased bowl, cover it with cling film and let it rise/proof for 2 hrs.
Heat a pan with some oil, add chopped onion.Fry till golden brown and add the ginger garlic paste followed by the boneless chicken.
Add the condiments, salt and cook till almost done.
Add the boiled corns, saute and keep aside.
Roll the dough, put the chicken mixture.Now roll one end of the dough to form a tight roll. Pinch the ends to seal.
Coat with olive oil and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 200℃, in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
